Service & Warranty Policy

Complimentary Service Period
For the first 6 months, our service is completely free — just sit back and relax. Any product or installation-related issues during this period will be handled by our expert team at no additional cost.
After the initial 6 months, service visits will be charged at ₹500 per visit.

Note: Warranty applies to residential usage only and covers defects in parts, components, and functionality under normal conditions.


Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Fabrics and remote controllers.

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents.

  • Natural wear and tear or discolouration from sunlight or humidity.

  • Damage due to moisture, pests, structural alterations, or electrical surges.

  • Commercial or industrial use unless covered under a separate agreement.


Warranty Claim Process

  2. Assessment:
    Our team will review your request and schedule a visit within 3–5 working days.

  3. Resolution:

    • Covered issues are serviced free of cost within the warranty or complimentary period.

    • After 6 months or for non-warranty cases, a ₹500 service fee applies.
